Optimum Nutrition flavours?

    Hello,

    I'm heading to elverys to pick up a 2lb tub of Optimum Nutrition and i'm wondering what flavour I should get I have only ever had chocolate so i'm feeling adventurous =P Any recommendations? Also does anyone know the price of a 2lb tub in store they only have the online prices on their website?

    i got bannana the last time and its sick dont get it i found that the only nice ones are strawberry and chocolate there normally all around 50 euro for the large tub and smaller 30 euro ... i.dont use these anymore because they are too expensive and i found that eggs steak and meat works much better and way cheaper

    It all depend on how much steak your eating and what kind when it comes to being cheaper.

    I have Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard Protein in Cookies & Cream. I bought it because I'd used up my tub of mint chocolate (which was nice and light)...and I'm loving the cookies & cream.
    I make my shake with water and its very easy to drink and nice taste. And because of the cookies and cream flavour I've found I can get other great uses out of it too! Like today I made up a lovely iced coffee drink with it..

    200 ml almond milk
    15g ON Whey protein in Cookies & Cream
    1 shot of espresso (cold)
    handful of ice cubes

    Whizzed it all up together and enjoyed it in a pint glass! Was so nice.
