Kryptonite Lock Jammed

Has anyone experienced a jammed ULock from Kryptonite? The cylinder on my two year old Series 2 won't turn when the "u" part of the lock is in place. I've put some lube on both the cylinder and the part that turns to secure the "u" part but it made no difference. There's meant to be a lifetime warranty on them but the only return address I can find is in the USA and the postage to there would probably be more than the lock is worth!

    Any ideas much appreciated thanks!

Are you sure the U part is fully engaged, or is something (like dirt) maybe stopping it?

If you're sure it's fully engaged, try tapping the lock in various places with a hammer. If you manage to get it moving, spray a bunch more lubricant in there.

Took it to Eurocycles in the end, the guy in the workshop had seen it happen before, reckons it took a knock and something was slightly out of line. One quick tap of the hammer and it was sorted :)
