Worked on a sunday while on JSA

I have recently recieved a letter from the social welfare saying that they know I worked for a company and was under investigation. I worked 1 day which was Sunday July 1st 2012. Somehow they are just bringing this up now, a whole year after I did the work. Anyway I was told at the time that I didn't have to sign off as I was allowed to work on a Sunday.
I have since got my former employer to fill out the form saying that I just worked that 1 day (sunday) and haven't worked for them since and I am currently waiting for him to return the form.
I am just wondering do I have anything to worry about?
If anyone can give me info on this it would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think you have anything to worry about. At the time you worked, Sunday working was not counted when calculating casual JSA (that changed this year). You probably should have informed them about the days work. But I don't think there will be any consequences for you.
