Nissan Navara head

So took the head of my fathers navara and will be replacing as it is cracked. Looking for torque settings for headstuds and all head bolts really.

Also looking for timing marks etc. the engine has two chains, bottom and upper, i only have to remove the upper chain to remove the head. The injector pump is still in place with the lower chain on (the upper chain also goes on the injector)

If i get the injector sprocket in the correct position, this should in theory, have the bottom end in the correct position.
Or should i crank the engine by hand until piston 1 is top dead centre?

1st time doing a head install, but very mechanically minded. Do all my own serving repairs, but never tackled a head install. Any help appreciated.

    Cheers
