    Fork suspension lockout switch?

Hard to tell from the photo but I'm guessing that it's a lockout switch for your front forks! Where does the cable from the switch lead?

Possibly "lock" for the suspension forks ?

It is for locking your front suspension so it does not travel as far, mainly used when going up hill when mountain biking or on smooth road. When going down him then you want travel in the fork.

Nonsense. It's obviously the throttle. You have to open it before every acceleration.
