Heading to Spain in a couple of days on a sun holiday.

I love being in the sun but want to be cautious, I normally stay out of the sun between 12 and 3 - especially when in a hot country

I have dark brown hair but get freckles in the sun. Being irish ( and bar the weather recently which I haven't really been out in ) our skin is just not used to going from 15 degrees to 35.

Bearing all this in mind What factor sun cream should I be using ?

    I'm
Thinking at least 25, maybe more.

I'd say an SPF 30 would be sensible, got a good deal yesterday in Boots, Piz Buin factor 30 for around 18euro with a free full size tan accelerating after-sun, haven't had a chance to try it yet but seems to get good reviews
    Enjoy the holiday!

30 would probably be ok but I would try to keep your back, tummy, upper legs etc out of the sun for the most part as they could be super sensitive to sun as they never get any exposure. Reapply regularly too.
