    Striploin at €25/kg and Fillet at half price (usually about €40/kg so.....)

    I've seen those striploins and you'd want to be seriously cooking them rare/medium rare or they'll be like the hob of hell ! They are cut quite thin, at least the ones I saw were anyways.

    Saw these in Super Valu yesterday, They've taken two regular striploins and sliced them to make them 4 for €10 surely there is some consumer law that outlaws this crap.

    Aye, the missus is having a bit of an automotive crisis at the moment and a bit of quality steak might lessen her savage instincts. Details please on this cheap fillet steak..........
