    Ok so I saw an extract brew recipe that I liked and ordered it all. The Crystal Malt is full grains - do I need to crush this before I steep it?

    You should be able to buy it pre crunched form any good home-brew supplier. But failing that place it in a plastic bag and crunch with a rolling pin
