Is this calculated between two meter readings you took yourself or is one/both of the readings taken by someone else/an estimate?

€60 is what we'd use in our house for more than a month and we have 3 people living here

Our non-estimated bill for the past 2 months was 185.
Note- we haven't been using the immersion- it would have been even higher had we been.
