    I prefer this recipe:

But I find you can reduce the sugar by about a half or more.

Lemon iced tea is heaven IMO! So refreshing. And a great mixer too!

Easy on the sugar and heavier on the lemon works better for me. :)

Iced coffee is gorgeous too I think. Not as a mixer though.

Iced tea is delicious but you will have a bad time if you try to make black iced tea with regular tea bags. Too much tannin. Milk or lemon cut the tannins and make it taste better. Black Iced tea is made with tea that has less tannins.

I always make lemon iced tea at home.
3-4 tea bags in a pot of boiling water with a lemon sliced into quarters.

Throw it in a jug with some sweetener (works better than sugar) and water it down.

    Elixer of the gods!

Pardon my ignorance but is iced tea not just cold tea with a slice of lemon and a few ice cubes?

Holland and Barrett sell fruit teas for under €2 a box of 20 bags, pomegranate is very nice, make it as usual tea, throw it in a jug with ice and bang it in your fridge for an hour, they sell apple, cherry, lemon, camomile and others, use natural sweetener instead of sugar, sugar tends to make it gooey.

I heart ice tea. Especially the fizzy lipton that you can get on the continent. I can never find it in the UK or Eire though :(
