We need to build a 2m high wall about 30m long dividing a warehouse in two. The plan is to just build it on the existing mass concrete floor which is c. 200mm thick reinforced.

My question is what is the min thickness i can go with so that it wont be unstable and will be safe. Ideally i would like not to have any piers causing the wall to get wider in spots. The wall is not connected to the roof which is c. 5m high. Wind load should be negligible as it is indoors.

See item 1.5 of the forum charter.

It is reckless of you to attempt this without appointing a structural engineer.
