    Hi there

We are looking to rent a holiday home for a week in the west of Ireland around mid August sometime.
Prices, are naturally for the time of year, extremely high....and not something we can afford.....

Has anyone any recommendations of good websites that may take out the middleman and have a more reasonably priced rental? Or has anyone ever haggled with these places to get a better deal?
Tempted to leave it until last minute to see if we get something then - but dont want to be too close to the mark!

    Thoughts welcome!

    Maura
