    what part? around rush/lusk would be big money because you are in veg country. oldstown/garristown would be a bit cheaper

    i'd say your looking at probably the most expensive place in the country to rent farm land.

    what size, what kinda enterprise, what kinda facitlies are you looking for?

    I know that i was responding to the post at 20:20 this evening. If the post i responded had said why not ring local auctioneers when they open tomorrow I would have had no need to reply. ALSO THE POST WAS IN CAPS WHICH IS TEXT CODE FOR SHOUTING.

    thats ok. it doesn't bother me just pointing that out as it may bother some people especially given the content of your original reply. think about it this way if you asked a group of friends somewhere the original question and someone shouted at you to ring the local auctioneer at 20:20 how would you feel?
