Looking for some help please
I’m in the very early stages of a start-up business plan
Doing research and gathering information but have now hit a brick wall

I’m trying to find out some general cost I understand everyone’s will be different but just need a ball park figure

Or where I can find the costs it will be for a small retail unit

Electricity costs
Refuses costs
Water charges
How are rates calculated
Insurance
What deposits should I expect to pay on renting a unit


Or anything hidden that I may have missed

I would be grateful for any help you can give

I just so happen to have recently opened a small retail unit in Dublin! I'll PM you with what its roughly coming to for us right now.
