Would it be possible to get a student travel card during the summer?

Title says it all. If I printed the pdf file of the application form from the student travel card site and sent it off with the necessary details would I get the card? There have been no replies to my queries on the site and the e-mail address doesn't seem to work either. Thanks in advance. :)

Don't see why you wouldn't. Might be faster to try call them though. If you got one now it would be valid till December. I think there was a place in Trinity that did them too. UCD Student Bookshop did them but I've no idea if its open right now.
