downtime on eFibre

    Our eFibre connection went down at 7:53 this am (we have external monitoring checking the line, hence the timestamp) and only came back after we unplugged and then replugged the dsl cable into the eFibre box (power cycling not required)

    Should this be expected regularly?

    The best advice I can offer from here is to contact our technical support team on 1890 260 260 (telephone number and option 0) They will troubleshoot with you to identify the issue and hopefully resolve it.
