Procedure for Nuisance Calls

    Hi,
Since mid last week my mother has been getting nuisance calls each night at exactly midnight.
The first couple of nights, my mother answered the call but no one spoke on the other end of the line and she hung up.
She discussed with the guards but they said they can't do anything unless eircom pass on the details to them.
What is the procedure for reporting to Eircom and what exactly are her options apart from getting a number change?
    Cheers.

    Hi talla,

The process for reporting nuisance calls to Eircom is to dial 1800 689 689. They will report the issue for you and then they can pass it on to the irrelevant section.

    Thanks

    Tracey
