Does anyone know whether you have to apply to Susi to get the free fees as an irish citizen or do the CAO send that info on to them? I know I won't get the grant even if I applied!!....just wondering is this different...

Free fees are awarded to you automatically. You don't apply to anything provided you are an Irish citizen, first time undergrad etc
You will have to pay the student contribution charge and student levy if you are not entitled to SUSI Grants

    its automatic

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.
