Sorry if this has been asked before but I was thinking about a guy who I know ages ago who was caught working and on the dole. I know he still gets payments. I was wondering why? He is no longer working now but still claiming social welfare.

Discussions of fraud are not permitted on this forum.
However, to answer your question, if you are caught committing SW fraud, it does not preclude you from claiming again in the future.
