We have imagine broadband (breeze connection - formerly Irish broadband) and have set up a tp link wireless router. It has been working fine but now I can't access Internet on my laptop. I can access the Internet through the wireless on my smartphone. Imagine support say they can't help as its obviously a tp link issue and…

We have imagine broadband (breeze connection - formerly Irish broadband) and have set up a tp link wireless router. It has been working fine but now I can't access Internet on my laptop. I can access the Internet through the wireless on my smartphone.
Imagine support say they can't help as its obviously a tp link issue and tp link keep saying I need a new laptop!
Any suggestions on what I can try so I can get this working again?????
