    Hey guys,

Currently working in a small accountancy practice. I'm at the final stage of exams and was considering moving to a top 20 practice or similar for more audit experience. Currently don't get much maybe a month a year or a little more but there small audits for group companies.

My question is really what's it like to work in a bigger practice? Would I be expected to stay till 8/9 every night and be under huge pressure constantly?

I know pressure is past of the job but I mean is it far bigger in larger firms that smaller ones. Also I'm not afraid of staying late if necessary but I'm not a fan of staying late for the sake of it either.

Abu insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
