Two hour delay, a smartphone and all my family.

What have you done to entertain yourself while waiting around for a delayed flight?

I took this to mean you did a smartphone and all your family to entertain yourself, lol :pac:

I was once stuck in the airport for 6 hours and I don't even remember what I did. Probably just wandered around or something. Torture.

The fuck? Go straight to the bar and drink, don't stand around posting on Boards. No doubt you're posting on FB too - 'OMG loike totes brd in AP - #endoftheworld'.

Go drink a few pints of Man Up. It differs from 7Up in that it contains both alcohol and testosterone.

    I'd recommend a complete Partridge-esque breakdown.

    - Stock up on those freakishly large Toblerones

    - Ditch the family

    - Shoes off

    - Drive to Dundee

Watch the planes while listening to LiveATC.

Airports are interesting places, OP :)

Depends on the kids , if 2 or 3 kids will use the smart phone ... Then a few drinks ... Mind you two hours ain't long.. A meal could soak up 1 plus hours of that, most of the rest will be queuing ...

Depends on the airport I guess but its either shopping, eating or drinking. Either way its money.
Remember your rights under EU law if the delay goes on for more than three hours but hopefully you'll be on your way soon.
    Good luck

    Run around humming La Bamba.

    Sounds like bomb. But isn't.

    They can't touch you, OP.

If I tried that, it would look more like this:

You are the type of what the age is searching for, and what it is afraid it has found. I am so glad that you have never done anything, never carved a statue, or painted a picture, or produced anything outside of yourself! Life has been your art. You have set yourself to music. Your days are your sonnets.

Haha no - managed to make it home eventually!

To be fair we were delayed only 2.5 hours but they gave us all vouchers for the restaurant to get food

I always try to get into one of the lounges. See it as a challenge. I'd say I have a 75% pass rate. The big airports in SE Asia are easiest. Free booze and snacks and wifi.

Give the kids a plastic knife each and tell them to fight for your love.
