Wheelchair accessible taxi

Could anyone recommend a wheelchair accessible taxi that I might be able to book for a night out at the weekend - going out around 6.30 and home around midnight. Have been let down so many times by local taxi companies saying none available etc. that haven't gone out in a couple of years
