    Do nothing for now.

Debt collectors have no legal standing in Irish Law.

If they call you, you can make a complaint to the Gardai that you are being harassed. If however, you call them (based on this text), it would be extremely difficult to claim that you are being harassed.

If you owe money to a company, your only contact should be with that company or their solicitor/accountant, and not a debt collector.

If you do a search in the Consumers Issues forum, you will see a few threads on the Dublin Mint Office, and perhaps you will get an insight on how to deal with them.

Sounds like a rubbish debt collection agency. When I think of debt collectors I think of heavies calling around to the back door, not a text message saying "R U goin 2 pay us de mony?"

It's not really that serious, is it? I mean, if you actually thought it was, you would have searched for better places than here to get your answer.

Also they're not a mod of here and thus are treated as a regular user within this forum, which means they are entitled to say whatever they want.

If you want a serious answer go to the consumer issues forum, I would guess!

They are hired by Dublin Mint Office to get money for the coins they sent you

This has happened to a fair few people

That's not quite true, or at least the charter seems to disagree with you on that one.
