I have read that it is possible to use BA Avious on Aer Lingus Flights to get to the USA just pax the taxes and charges. Is this really possible. Can somebody tell me how to achieve this?

Using Avios on EI can make real sense, as you avoid the often prohibitive taxes & surcharges BA load onto reward tickets. The Dublin - Boston route for a Business Class reward is considered one of the best mileage redemptions out there - using just 50,000 miles + €100 or so.
