UPC Thomson TWG87OUIR - How to reserve an IP ?

I recently got this router from UPC as a replacement for my malfunctioning Cisco one.
Seems nice except.. I would like to be able to reserve an IP address on the local network for my laptops mac address.
This is basically so I can have a static IP for port forwarding without having to do it in windows which is a pain as every time I use a public network I need to set it back to DHCP and then back again when I go home etc.

I've had really cheapo routers that allow this but I cant find the option on the Thomson.
Also I dont wanna enable upnp as its a massive security hole,
