Weather proofing cracks on external wall

    Hi,
    We have some cracks on the external wall that are significant enough without being a structural risk. While renovating the builders have put in some spiral bars but I'm still concerned about weatherproofing. We've just internally insulated the house so its important to keep the moisture out.

    Any advice on how best to treat this prior to painting?
