I have recently been looking for a good stereomicroscope and came across optical-systems website, i eventually made an order with a lot of accessories and payed via paypal. Everything was fine until i later received an email from a different domain giving me an update status of my order in german

the email read:

I have since sent them an email and am waiting to here back as my payment cant be cancelled it is listed as Pending, so they have not yet taken payment but oddly have not refused it yet: so that i can reclaim the funds and reorder elsewhere, upon further investigation the following websites are all the same company

I have just been informed the mail was sent in error and the order will be sent in 2 days, i will see what happens.

Turns out the only issue was a mistaken email. equipment arrived eventually in perfect condition
