New Driving License Problem

I applied for a renewal of my driving license for the car as I have had it for ten years. However they sent the application back, asking me to send in my provisional C license (small truck license). I had a random idea once that I wanted to be a truck driver so I took some lessons. I really don`t know where this license…

I really don`t know where this license is, I would have to turn the place upside down.

Do they really need this? I cannot see any reason for this, I have only applied for the full car license renewal.

On a side note, I also have a provisional motorbike license (well I did, perhaps it expired?).
