I've been through a year of physical illness and I really want to start yoga to help with the pain and the stress, and I can only really do light exercise.

I've tried finding places online but their courses started in April on June.

Any info on classes going now that I could join as a beginner?

    Or new classes starting soon?

    Thanks for any info!

    Dear Ailis,
The best yoga teacher in Limerick for this type of gentle yoga which is ideal at reducing stress is Tadhg Ferriter.

All the yoga teachers in Limerick are listed at

Thanks Dave... I've sent him an email to see when he has classes going... just waiting on a response... it's seems most yoga in Limerick is core work and a work out instead of any meditation... hope to hear from him soon!
