Best thing to drink on a good day is lukewarm water.

    Unless there is brandy. . . .

What tea? My favourite is peppermint or vanilla Earl grey with no milk.

I dont like Barrys or Lyons anymore.

    Fapping on the keyboard?
It's the main cause of sticky keys. Microsoft even built the feature into Windows.

Must be why they give the long distance runners flasks of tea as they come over the finish line.

Reading that article it seems sketchy, you'll cool down because you will sweat more? Seriously?

I got one of those in Arizona when I asked for a large latte in my broad Donegal accent. Most disgusting thing ever.

Moral of the story, don't order nothing fancy when you're a Donegal person in a strange land.

Absolutely agree on the tea. Summer or winter, can't beat a cuppa. None of that herbal muck either. Proper Irish cuppa, made with boiling water... not like that luke warm continental shíte.

I love tea, especially lemon or iced tea on a hot day, tastes lighter without the milk.

I'm not one of those weird types who can drink black tea with no milk. Yuck :(

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 5,377 ✭✭✭zenno

I tested this theory just there. I was drinking a very chilled can of bud so i decided to try this out and made a cup of hot tea and now i am sweating profusely and 4 times as hot, so i don't concur with this so-called scientific statement :p. It most definitely does not cool you down.

Had a cup of tea while I wait for my beer to cool. Now I feel like my head is going to explode. You tricked me OP.

I tried iced coffee today for the first time from Starbucks and it was disgusting. It wasn't a frappuchino. It was normal coffee with cold water and ice cubes.

A hot cup of tea/coffee FTW
