    Sitting here right now drinking a nice cup of tea. 30c here and I think i could be in the sahara and I would still be gasping for a cup of tea.

    What tea? My favourite is peppermint or vanilla Earl grey with no milk.

    I dont like Barrys or Lyons anymore.

    Must be why they give the long distance runners flasks of tea as they come over the finish line.

    Absolutely agree on the tea. Summer or winter, can't beat a cuppa. None of that herbal muck either. Proper Irish cuppa, made with boiling water... not like that luke warm continental shíte.

    I love tea, especially lemon or iced tea on a hot day, tastes lighter without the milk.

    I'm not one of those weird types who can drink black tea with no milk. Yuck :(

    I tested this theory just there. I was drinking a very chilled can of bud so i decided to try this out and made a cup of hot tea and now i am sweating profusely and 4 times as hot, so i don't concur with this so-called scientific statement :p. It most definitely does not cool you down.
