Paying US IT COntractors

    Hi


    I have a limited company and I am wondering if someone could advise on the best way to carry out payments to an IT contractor who is carrying out work for us from the states.

    We are not sure what are the tax implications etc. that are involved.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
