My name is Ed Battye and I am a Postgraduate student on the Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Management at Waterford Institute of Technology (WIT).

I am seeking your assistance with an exploratory research study of Irish consumers' adoption and use of Mobile Banking (M-Banking) and Mobile Payments (M-Payment).

I am attempting to find out whether or not Irish consumers are using these banking services and also do they harbor any concerns when adopting to use them over traditional banking services?

This is a short survey and should only take 10 minutes to complete and your. All personal information which is collected during the course of the research will be kept strictly confidential.
