    hi.

    A bit long story. But some day gardai stoped me driving witn no insurence ( i had for my second car). Then he send me to court. In court i sad to judge that my detail are incorrect and he close the case. After 6 months i got letter thati got banned for 1 year nd 3000eu fine LOL. Then after another 8 months gardai came to my house to arrest me but details are incorrect ofc and they sad u are Lucky. After 1 year i got letter that this Gardai appel to court. and its court date. This letter was send to my old address. Gardai have my new addres tel number etc.

    So question is send a letter to court and state that details are incorrect ?
    Forgot about this?
    Try contact this officer?

    I think ifigo to court thats stateits me.That wasent register post just simpl letter to wrong addres.

    The Garda can not appeal to the Circuit Court, and very little of your post adds up. I am assuming you are not a native English speaker the only reason I say that is it seems from your post you do not understand what has happened. You have two options 1 keep doing what you are doing, be banned from driving large fine TC. 2 get a solicitor who will deal with the matter for you, while a ban is still possible and fine there is if its your first no insurance offence a possibility that you will not get a ban.

    If you are currently banned you can not legally drive.

    You are not saving money by not having a solicitor in this situation. There is a bit of a mess now. You need a solicitor.
