Milk Frother

If you have a French press/cafetiere you can use that to froth milk - the bodum you linked works the same way.
Can't say I've tried coconut milk myself but I've read it's possible and some brands are better than others.
You might need to experiment and try heating the milk to different temperatures in the microwave to see what works best.

The aerolatte works quite well and cheap from amazon too.
