Can u buy replacement Lume dot?

I have a SKX 007 with a ceramic bezel insert. I have lost my 12 0clock Lume dot. I have seen the same issue with other brands, but all of them ended with a lunette replacement. The question is even if you can source a new dot how are you going to fit it and stick it there?
