    Hi,
I've been offered a bike which is pretty good but has been sitting up for more than a year. Can't see anything major wrong with it other than what I've shown in the picture.
My question is should I replace all these sprockets? Or are they saveable?
I'm thinking I should replace them (though I know very little) and factor this into the price I'm prepared to offer.
Any ideas how much they would cost to replace also

You wont know till you ride it. Deffo a new chain. and if its jumping after a new chain then i would change the sprockets.

surface rust, will clean off. No need to replace.

The sprockets look dry, no muck and grease. Give the chain a good clean and oil as well as the sprockets and see how it runs. If it's been lying up for a year, check the tyres and tubes too.

Agree with above, small bit of surface rust. Should be fine.
