    HI

I'm looking for a central hotel in Rome , which is near most of the attractions, that wont break the bank and yet is clean, freindly staff, accessible, any recommendations would be great as I am heading to Rome in late September for a wedding and have a few days to spare to see the sights but on a budget!

    :)

We stayed in this hotel before http://www.hotelromae.com/ its near Termni Station and theres lots of nice restraunts around it. Also very hady to get to anywhere in Rome from it as all the transport is centered at Termni.

Me and the girlfriend stayed here for a week

Was great. Walking distance to most things. My brother who thinks he's a bit posh stayed there too 2 years later and loved it

We stayed in "Suite Dreams" which is a 100m from Republica Metro station and very central to walk to the Colessium etc.

It was a lovely modern and clean hotel, friendly staff and good location.
As usual, check out any recommendations via TripAdvisor.

    Tripadvisor Page

They've a high rating of #32 in Rome.

Ps. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES visit the cafe opposite the Vatican entrance called "Caffe Vaticano", they're robbers. €21 for a can of coke, 7-up and two small cakes.

I stayed here the night before my wedding, B&B rather than a hotel, but very nice, right beside the Coliseum.
Have stayed here too, bit fancier, but you might be able to get a good deal.
