If all your doing is browsing then any laptop will do. The Dell seems fine, I have an Inspiron since 2006 and its never given me any trouble. The memory is a bit low on the cheapest model, I'd personally go for the 339 with the 4GB as it should make a noticeable difference in performance speed.
