As above any pointers ? Also could somebody recommend what shampoo or whatever should be used on cloth seats ? Seen a couple of examples of low and high foaming ones but haven't a clue what the difference is.

Either low or high foaming will work...high foaming, when agitated, will continue to generate foam longer than the low foaming, and may take a bit more work vac'ing out of the fabric.
Something like Chemical Guys Fabric Clean will do a good job. Spray on, agitate with a soft nail brush, wet vac out.

I find diluted Surfex HD gives excellent results.

Thanks lads, suppose they all either come in a spray bottle or should be put into one ?

Yes, both of them come in a spray bottle, but obviously the product is neat and needs to be diluted. Ideally have another spray bottle to measure out the product, but you could store the product is a different bottle and use the one it came with.

i dont know about a wet & dry vaccum
what i use in my extractor (NUMATIC CT370) is brisk low foam because it dosnt foam a lot and is designed for extractors, anything that foams up will ***k up the motor by foaming over
