Todayfm couch to 5k

Hi guys,
Does anyone have a today fm couch to 5k plan that they could forward onto me?
I'm two weeks into it and can no longer find it online

Post what you've done for week 1 + 2, its probably the generic plan.

Hi thanks for your reply. It's every second day, my last session was Friday and it was a 3min walk followed by two 12 minute runs with a two minute walk in between. I know there are loads of 5k plans but I really want to continue with the Today fm plan as its 5k in 4 weeks and I am doing really well with it and don't want to change. If anyone saved it as a word doc cud u please forward it onto me, I can pm my email address to you.
