First thing to do is NOT to run pump dry as it will kill it!!

Do you have the speed dial on setting 5?

Try tillting the pc around as the might be air trapped in the pump.
Are you using the aurora or normal coolant?

I've read that the res is a nightmare to bleed.Mayhems aurora might not be the best thing to use with that res.I've not used it but it does look thicker than normal coolant.
You will have a lot of hassle soon as its only meant to be used for a short time when you need to change it with the size of your loop.

As for the pump i presume its being powered by a 4 pin molex directly from psu?
When you turned it on for the first time how long did you run it dry for?

Double check your pump is installed correctly and when using a single pump that you dont need to use a certain side of the res.

I would even try blowing into the tube that goes into the res inlet to try push some liquid into the pump.

Wouldn't be any harm to take a pic of it either.

You will need to install the raid controller drivers forma USB when installing windows, there are options to do that. The drivers will be on the disk that came with the mobo.
