    well just wondering if any of you farmers could tell me how many round bales you would need for 40 store bullocks for the winter

    Out wintered few years ago,one ever morning.
    Budget plenty.winter is longer every year.
    but suppose depends on if there all going, right through again.

    for a 6 month winter if they're 450-480kg beasts, 360 bales should do you a bit of barley straw would be good too, simple stuff
