OKI PAPER JAM ????

    hey guys,,

    I keep getting a message saying

    OPEN FRONT COVER
    391:PAPER JAM

    now ive tried everything,, there is no paper stuck,, ive followed all the steps here

    but it still happens,,

    i have an OKI C5950 . does anyone know how to solve this??

    391: PAPER JAM Paper jam has occurred during paper supply from the mentioned tray. When this error occurs, the paper has not left the paper tray.


    Perhaps remove all the paper. Turn it off and unplug for a minute. Plug it back in and power back on before putting the paper back into the tray. See if that works.

    Sorry. Just realised that that was for a different model. Damn google being so spurious. No harm in trying it anyway.

    no neither of them worked.. there is no paper jams and still throwing up the error :(

    Try opening and closing all the covers you can see, and then press online button
