Landlord wants cash in hand

A friend of mine talked to a landlord today,his allowance is 650e and the house is for rent for 800e,the landlord put down 650e rent on the form and wants 150 cash every month also,is this ok to do? thanks in advance

As snubbleste has said, that is not OK to do in SW eyes and would be classed as fraud. As discussion of fraud is against the forum charter, this thread will now be locked.
