I'm looking for feedback please re pricing for a demolition of a 230 sqm detached house:
    • built on a hill
    • limited access for trucks, but plenty of space on site once in the entrance
I will of course get formal quotes, but just want to see if my budget of 25k is in the right ball park folks?

    Thanks a million

I recently sent out a tender for a similar sized house and got back quotes from €18000 to €42000 so all i can advise is get as many quotes a you can. If they cant get an 8 wheeler lorry in the cost will be greater

    Best of luck
