Dental nurse

    Just looking for some advice. I am a dental nurse i did the 2 year course in dental nursing in athlone and have 1 years experience. I am thinking of going to the uk to find work and was wondering is it much different to work as a dental nurse over there? any advice or tips? What is it like to work in the nhs?
    Its been a year since iv worked as a dental nurse and im a little nervous about getting back into i really hope iv not forgotten everything!
