WM XXX Travel Packages

    Right, I am thinking of travelling to see WM XXX alone so to save a lot of planning I was thinking of getting a travel package but just got a few questions,

    When do they go on sale?
    Do you have to sign up to anything to get one or do you just buy them when they go on sale?
    Do they include tickets for all 4 events? (WM, Axxess, HOf and Raw)
    How do you get the tickets if you don't live in the US (im from the UK), do they send them to you or do you collect them?
