    Hi all,
I bought this maternity dress for my brothers wedding, and I have no idea what shoes or accessories to put with it. I am a complete disaster with fashion. Can any of you give me some suggestions? because it's my brother who is getting married it is a special day for me and I want to look nice :) Thanks a lot

Firstly, love the lace on the dress. A friend of mine recently wore something similar when pregnant, only in a nude lace, and it looked lovely.

For some reason, nude and/or cream is coming to mind. Given that you're pregnant, perhaps a pair of wedges, rather than a pair of heels. A cream satin ribbon might be a nice addition above the bump

Thanks very much Dudara - especially the ribbon suggestion is great because I think the dress could do with a bit more 'something'. That would definitely brighten it up a bit!

I always liked to wear schmanzy shoes when I was pregnant to sort of detract from the belly and make me feel glam. Irregular Choice and Miss L Fire are particularly comfortable in the lower heels as are Hush Puppies, although a bit less glam.

Something like these maybe on sale atm in schuh.1158895860_main.jpg

Also a hat/fascinator would be lovely. Maybe something like this from Debenhams.

A nice bag and a necklace/earring set and you're away!

personally id go light on the jewellery, kinda like in the picture.

some nude patent heels and matching clutch would be great with it.

I saw this one on littlewoods http://www.littlewoodsireland.ie/structured-patent-box-clutch/1268941256.prd?browseToken=%2fq%2fnude+clutch (its out of stock but you could order it in of course if you had the time). dune and aldo are great for heels, my friend bought a lovely pair of nude ones in aldo the other day and she loves them.

dudaras idea about wedges instead of heels is a great one as well.
