I'm a final year vet student and I'm looking to fill a vacancy in my luxury apartment. It's a 2/2. It is in the elm park apartment complex (if you google Tara Towers Hotel it's right outside the complex entrance).
The large room has a queen size bed, two bed side tables, a chest of drawers, a large closet, and book storage area, as well as an ensuite bathroom with a shower. It's about a 12 minute bike ride to campus (30ish minute walk).
The rest of the house consists of a large living room with attached dining room and a kitchen. The apartment has a dishwasher and washer/drier. It is fully furnished including dishes and cookware (all you need to bring is yourself and sheets)
The Elmpark apartment complex is a luxury community and is very quiet. It also has day and night time security and CCTV.
Rent is 700 a month plus utilities. Utilities (cable, internet, heat, and electric) run around 150 a month (sometimes less).
I am very quiet and will be out 7-5 most days (doing rotations) and some weekends. The lease starts August 1st (or around there) and runs until the end of June (so you don't have to pay summer months).
Move is would require first months rent and a months rent as deposit. I don't currently have any pictures seeing as I'm out of town. I will be back in town in about a week and can send you pictures if you are interested.
All I really require in a roommate is someone who will respect my need for sleep during rotations and isn't a big partier.
Feel free to email me if you want more information.
